BESFREN FAQ
What’s BESFREN?
BESFREN allows you to nominate three national numbers (Smile, fixed
and other operator numbers) and pay only the 1st min to
this number and talk as long as you want as many times as you like,
anytime. Each call to your besfren number will cost you 25vt no
matter how long you stay on the call.
How much does it cost?
Your account will be credited 100VT every time you nominate a number
to be your BESFREN. This will be automatically taken out of your
credit balance at the time of subscription.
I have
a prepaid number, can I have access to the BESFREN offer?
Yes you can. The only
exceptions are customers already on a Calling Circle and a Visitor
package.
Can I get BESFREN with my pay monthly plan?
No sorry, BESFREN is available on Smile prepaid only.
How can I get my BESFREN?
If you are on prepaid, dial 181 and then press option 2, then follow
the instructions.
Can I apply for my BESFREN if I have no credit?
No. You need a minimum of 100vt to subscribe.
What happens to my BESFREN service if I have had no credit for a
while and can not make outgoing calls? When I next refill will my
BESFREN still be active?
Yes. Your BESFREN number will be still.
Does it cost something to the Smile number I have nominated?
It costs nothing for them to receive your call. Normal call prices
will apply to them if your nominated number calls you.
Does my nominated number also call me with this special price?Yes,
if your Smile nominated number nominates you as Besfren, he will
call you also at this special price.
How long can I talk for?
As long as you like.
How many numbers can I nominate. Can I nominate a fixed line?You
can nominate up to 3 numbers. Either Smile number, fixed line number
or other operator number.
Does it include texting?
No. Normal rate will apply to SMS.
How long will it take to get set up?
If you are on prepaid, it is immediate as soon as you dial 181,
enter your nominated number and confirm. You are then set up and
ready to call.
How do I check the number I have nominated?
If you are on prepaid, dial 181, and press 2. It is free.
Can I change the number I have nominated? When and how many time?
Yes as many times as you want but you will be charged for every
change of 100VT.
How much does it costs me to change the number?
Every change will cost you 100VT.
What happens if the nominated number is disconnected or deactivated?
The nominated number will stay active in your account, but to make
the best use of BESFREN service, you should choose another ‘active’
number like you.
Can I get a refund if I decided to cancel the service?
No, it is your own responsibility to subscribe to this service.
